Before meeting together, your insurance information is gathered to verify coverage. While Sugar Grove Wellness seeks to provide you with accurate information when verifying insurance benefits, we cannot guarantee that these details are completely accurate. In addition to our verification, we encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your benefits PRIOR to our first appointment. Once we submit claims for our services, we will have a clearer idea of the accuracy of this information and may need to adjust your rate and/or settle any cost differences for prior sessions.
Sugar Grove Wellness is in network with the following health insurance companies:

Many clients tell me they either had the idea therapy would be like how it is portrayed in the movies or they simply did not know what to expect at all. A therapist can provide you with an objective perspective on your life situation and provide a non-judgemental approach in a warm and caring environment. But most of all, it is most important your therapist is a good fit for you. The therapeutic relationship is most important when it comes to therapy and it is important you feel safe and secure.
When you come for your first session, you can have a seat in the waiting room until your therapist comes out for you at your scheduled time. We will review your paperwork that you signed and answer any questions you might have. You will be asked to share your story about why you are seeking help at this time and to share as much information as you would like for your therapist to know in your first session.
The information you share with your therapist is completely confidential. This means your information cannot be disclosed and you cannot be confirmed as a client unless you sign a release of information form and we have your written permission. The only exceptions to this are if the information you share with us suggests that there is an imminent risk of harm to you or someone else or that a child, elderly person, disabled person, or otherwise vulnerable person is being abused.
